Cleaning, drains that close to prevent cockroaches, etc. Good mattresses, the sofa bed is also good. The bathroom is small and has a very tight shower with a good shower. Small kitchen, good for snacks.
I was there in January, stuffy and hot. Air conditioning only cools the room, very weak. I requested a fan for the room because we were 4 people. In the photos the apartment looks bigger. I also had to ask for a coffee maker, and a very polite neighbor lent me the fan and the coffee maker with coffee powder and sugar. There is no flexibility in check-in and check-out.
